My Story
As women, we often carry great responsibility and put everything and everyone ahead of ourselves. We spend our time overwhelmed instead of enjoying life. We give so much and try to do it all, and this can lead to depression, anxiety, and burnout.
I’ve been there. In that place, we might find ourselves letting go of a dream or settling for less than a life we love. We believe that’s how life is, but it doesn’t have to be that way. I believe we can have it all: career, family, friendships, leisure/travel, business. You can live a life that you love.
As a board-certified ER physician and certified Life and Health Coach, I believe that living a life we love begins with health. There are two pillars to our health, mental and physical, and both must be nurtured to feel balanced and fulfilled so that we can pour into all the areas of our lives from a full cup and live well.
